Vancouver Whitecaps launch 2003 season teams
Club looks to thrive in Northwest Region

Whitecaps FC rounds out its European-style club structure with the addition of four Whitecaps Youth Teams to compete in USL Super Y-League in
2003
 
VANCOUVER (Tuesday, March 11, 2003) - Another piece of the Whitecaps FC club structure pyramid was put in place today, with the announcement that Whitecaps Youth teams will compete in the coming 2003 season.  The club will field four youth teams, with boy's teams at the U-14 and U-16 level and girl's teams at the U-14 and U-15 level.   These teams will compete in the Northwest Divisions of the USL Super Y League against such rival clubs as Seattle and Portland.
